If you wish to return an undamaged product within 30 days from the shipping date, please include your full name and order number in the package and email the tracking information to contact@boldini.io. Upon receiving the undamaged wall art, we will process a full refund. Note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

It is crucial for the buyer to pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit. If the returned items are damaged, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage. Specifically, items with significant signs of use, damages, or scratches, and those that are not resellable, will incur a return deduction of up to 60% of the purchase price.
